Cancellation Policy – Green Transfers

We plan each tour and transfer with the utmost care to ensure your experience in Portugal is unforgettable. However, we understand that unexpected events can happen. Therefore, we have created a clear and fair cancellation policy that complies with Portuguese and European Union laws.

📩 How to Request a Cancellation
If you need to cancel, simply send us an email or fill out our online form with:

⇒Your full name

⇒Reservation number

⇒Date and type of service

The date we receive your request will be used to calculate the refund.

💰 Deadlines and Refunds
30 days or more before the service → Full refund of the amount paid.

⇒Between 15 and 29 days before the service → 50% refund of the amount paid.

⇒Less than 15 days before the service → No refund.

⇒Refunds will be made using the same payment method used, within a maximum of 14 business days.

📅 Date Changes
You can request a date change up to 15 days before the service. The change is subject to:

⇒Availability for the new date;

⇒Possible price differences if the new service is more expensive.

🚫 No-Show
If you are not present at the agreed time and location, it will be considered a “no-show” and no refund or credit will be issued.

🏢 Cancellation by the Company
If, for any reason, we are forced to cancel:

You may receive a full refund, or

Reschedule the service at no additional cost.

🌍 Force Majeure Events
If unforeseen circumstances arise, such as:

⇒Natural disasters;

⇒Government restrictions;

⇒Public health emergencies;

⇒Strikes or transportation issues;

We will analyze each case individually and may offer a credit or full/partial refund, in accordance with the law.

⚖️ Legal Information
This policy complies with Decree-Law No. 17/2018 and Directive (EU) 2015/2302.
In the event of a dispute, the competent court will be the district where the company is headquartered, without prejudice to the right to resort to Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution Entities in Portugal.
